When you are at the main menu with the R1 button click in to the tune “ding dong the witch is dead the witch is dead the witch is dead.This may take you a while but it does work and unlocks all tracks except track 6 for each level.Also click in “zip da de do da zip da de day” this gives you USA,Sweeden and japan when racing 2 player.
